What runners ask us most

Does getting a quote mean I've booked?
No. The calculator gives you the price instantly. You only book once you complete the form and confirm.
How do you collect my kit if I'm not there?
With an authorisation and a photo of your ID. Each race has its own procedure. We confirm what yours needs before the Expo.
Is it safe to share my ID?
Yes. We use it only for the pickup and treat it confidentially. Name, photo and number are enough.
When does my kit arrive?
The same day we collect it from the Expo, in the window you choose: morning or afternoon/evening.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer when you confirm the booking, or cash on delivery.
What if the kit isn't ready or something's missing?
We message you right away on WhatsApp and sort it out together. If we couldn't collect it, we refund what you paid for the delivery.
Do you work with runners from abroad?
Yes. We speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, and we arrange delivery to your hotel or Airbnb.
